See the tradeoff.

The team with the highest operating profit does not finish with the most cash. Use the report to ask why.

Capacity before volume

Explore what happens when additional inquiries exceed the crew’s ability to complete jobs.

Cash before expansion

Compare the operating profit of a larger footprint with its upfront investment and remaining reserves.

A lesson with an owner

Leave with a decision record and one practice to review, an accountable owner, and a review trigger.

THE FIRST PILOT

Your network. One scenario.

Headquarters selects one learning objective and invites 6 teams of 2–3 people. A facilitator runs the session, compares the results and leads a private debrief.

  • Fictional business data. No financial uploads required.
  • Separate team sessions with the same starting assumptions.
  • Private team reports and a headquarters coaching summary.
  • A 30-day follow-up to learn which practices were tried.

Teams compete through comparative scoring. Their decisions do not affect one another’s markets. Shared-market multiplayer remains a future capability.

PILOT MATERIALS

Everything for the first rehearsal.

To explore: open the console, choose “Load sample event,” then “Review & export.” To run a pilot: start a new event and add your team aliases.

Plan a headquarters demonstration

Use a 20-minute call to choose the training problem, walk through one decision and its result, review the sample reports, and define the pilot’s success criteria.

No public event date or registration has been announced. A live pilot needs a confirmed headquarters partner, facilitator, date, meeting location and participant roster.
