Rehearsal: /strategy-room | Planning: /events

## Format
A facilitator-led, three-round exercise. Use one operator account per team.
This is not synchronized online multiplayer; role briefs are visible to everyone.
Each team has a private rehearsal. Compare downloaded memos manually.

## Before the event
Confirm date, location/call link, facilitator, and teams. Test sign-in, a saved round,
reload, projector/phone layout, and downloads on the actual event equipment.
Export existing records before resetting. Keep one active rehearsal per account.
Agree comparison criteria and any tie-break before participants see results.
Use the same rival, disruption, and starting assumptions for all teams.

## Suggested agenda (75 minutes)
0–10: assign company, rival, customer, and facilitator roles; explain assumptions.
10–20: select a commitment and explain it.
20–50: three ten-minute decision rounds, with a written rationale each round.
The selected disruption starts in round two.
50–65: compare cash, profit, completed jobs, unserved demand, and reserve safety.
65–75: record the lesson, owner, and next trigger; download the decision memo.

## Recovery
Stop making decisions if a cloud-save warning appears. Export any preserved data,
retain the open tab, reconnect, and confirm the last saved round before continuing.
Do not reset or overwrite a rehearsal until its records have been preserved.
If connectivity cannot recover, record decisions on paper and defer scoring.

## Campaign displays
Use one /?screen=table window and optional /?screen=markets, /?screen=hq,
and /?screen=world windows on the SAME computer, browser profile, and origin.
Do not run another full-game/table clock. These displays are separate from
Strategy Room and do not synchronize different devices.

## Closing
Collect every team memo and scorecard. Confirm cloud saves and archive exports.
These are fictional modeled outcomes, not forecasts or real business actions.
